Get Ready for Success

South Piedmont’s Human Resource Development (HRD) program helps you build the skills you need to get and keep a job. You’ll learn important skills like communication, problem-solving, and computer basics.

You can also work on your resume, practice job search strategies, and earn the National Career Readiness Certificate or Working Smart Credential, which shows employers you have the skills they want.

Plus, tuition is waived if you’re unemployed, underemployed, or have been given notice of a layoff.
