Make Connections With a New Culture
South Piedmont’s Conversational Spanish Course is taught by a native Spanish speaker, who is passionate both about languages and teaching others. In our course, students learn more than words and phrases. They learn to communicate and be understood.
The course also becomes a community, as learners build relationships with one another, and together, face the challenges of learning to communicate in a new language. At the end of the course, students celebrate their accomplishments with homemade empanadas.

Hola! We Can’t Wait to Meet You!
We are in an environment in which we’re surrounded by Spanish-speaking individuals. It’s wonderful to be able to communicate with them in their native language. When you’re able to communicate in Spanish, you open the door into a rich and beautiful culture. The best way to understand that culture is through the Spanish language.
