Mindfulness Meditation Meetings Every Tuesday Afternoon!
Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that involves focusing your mind on your experiences (like your own emotions, thoughts, and sensations) in the present moment. Students, faculty, staff, and the general public are invited to join Mr. Jim McAlhaney (Psychology/Religion Instructor) for a guided meditation each Tuesday from 3-3:30 p.m. in Building A, Room 1809 on the OCH Campus.
We will have an introduction to meditation, a 15-20 minute guided meditation and a debrief.
