Meet Our Team
Business & Workforce Solutions staff members collaborate closely with employers from all industries and of all sizes. Our staff members work to understand employers’ needs and challenges, to see their vision for the future, and to help make that vision a reality.
Through close partnerships with business and industry, Business & Workforce Solutions informs programming at the College, helping to ensure South Piedmont produces workforce-ready graduates. We also work directly with students, helping them select and prepare for their career paths, and connecting them with hiring managers.

Debbie Normandia-Berrios

“The SP | Career Connector stands in the gap between students and employers – and that’s an exciting place to be. We get to help students prepare for their career paths and connect employers to their future employees. I love what I do.”

Kelly Stegall
Interim Dean of Continuing Education
“Within the School of College and Career Readiness, we do more than provide students with the ability to learn English, build literacy skills, complete their high school equivalency, or build foundational workplace skills. We help students build their confidence and reimagine what is possible for their lives.”
