Real Estate Pre-Licensing

Course Description

This course is intended to prepare students to take the NC real estate license examination.  Benefit from the expertise of licensed real estate agents who bring real-life experience and relevant scenarios to support you in your pursuit of obtaining your real estate license.

There is not a minimum age for this course per SPCC policy, but there are considerations from the NC Real Estate Commission:

The individual must be 18 years old to get their Real Estate License. Also, there is a 3-year expiration date for the course completion certificate. To qualify for an individual real estate broker license, an applicant must be a United States citizen, a non-citizen national or a qualified alien under federal law, or have a lawful presence in the U.S. The individual must have a social security number.
