South Piedmont Community College invites prospective students, families, and community members to attend its fall Open House on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 4–7 p.m. The event will take place at two Monroe locations — the Old Charlotte Highway Campus at 1851 South Piedmont Street and the Tyson Family Center for Technology at 3509 Old Charlotte Highway.
The Open House offers attendees an opportunity to explore all that South Piedmont has to offer. Guests can tour the campuses, meet instructors, and learn about degrees, workforce training programs, and student clubs. Staff will also be available to assist with financial aid questions and provide information about enrollment steps and student support services.
“Attending Open House gives students and families the opportunity to explore academic programs, meet faculty and staff, and learn about financial aid, supports, and resources. This event will help attendees make an informed decision about the next step in their personal or educational journey,” said Vice President of Student Services Dr. J.J. Evans.
The Open House is open to everyone — from high school students exploring their next steps to adults looking to advance or change careers. We recommend that you register to attend, but registration is not required.
The event is drop-in style.
