South Piedmont Community College is opening enrollment for its next Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course, giving aspiring real estate professionals the opportunity to prepare for a career in one of North Carolina’s fastest-growing industries.
The course will run September 10 through October 30, meeting Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. online. The registration fee is $219.35.
This 80-hour program meets the educational requirement for the North Carolina Real Estate Broker License and is designed to equip students with the knowledge and confidence they need to sit for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) exam.
“Taking this course is the first step toward turning an interest in real estate into a professional path. We’re here to guide students every step of the way as they prepare for licensure,” said Instructional Programs Coordinator Carly Sullivan.
