South Piedmont to Host Associate in Arts in a Year Vision Board Event on October 14

Ready to set goals, create a vision for the future and take the next step toward earning a college degree? South Piedmont Community College will host an Associate in Arts in a Year Vision Board Event on Wednesday, October 14, from 6–8 p.m. in the Visual Arts Building, Room 4125.

The event will give students an opportunity to create a vision board, connect with others and begin visualizing their goals as they work toward completing an Associate in Arts degree in one year through South Piedmont’s Associate in Arts in a Year (AAY) program.

Special host Zenitra Perry will help participants turn their goals into a vision for their future while encouraging them to think about the steps they can take to achieve their educational and personal goals.

In addition to the vision board activity, attendees will learn more about the Associate in Arts in a Year program, including how the program works and how students can complete their Associate in Arts degree in just one year.
