South Piedmont Community College will welcome community members to its L.L. Polk Campus on Saturday, April 25, for a fun-filled Open House and FAFSA assistance event.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is designed to provide prospective students, families, and community members with an opportunity to explore the College’s programs and resources in an engaging, family-friendly environment.

Attendees can look forward to a variety of interactive activities, including hands-on experiences, bounce houses for children, and a unique chance to get an up-close look at emergency and service vehicles. In addition to the festivities, families will have access to on-site Pre-K screenings and the opportunity to connect with local childcare providers to learn more about early childhood education options in the area.

For those planning to attend college, representatives will be available to provide FAFSA assistance and answer questions about financial aid, helping make the path to higher education more accessible.

Throughout the event, South Piedmont faculty and staff will be on hand to share information about academic programs, student services, and enrollment opportunities.

Complimentary refreshments will be provided.

The Open House will be held at South Piedmont’s L.L. Polk Campus. Community members of all ages are encouraged to attend.
