If you need to make a change or addition to your currently approved accommodations, you must submit a request to modify your accommodation.
- Log on to Accommodate and enter your SPCC username and password.
- Select “Accommodation” and then “Modify” on the left panel.
- Complete the Modify Accommodation Request Form in its entirety.
- Attach supporting documentation for any accommodation you are requesting that is new. See Documentation Guidelines for Disability Services for more details on documentation.
- Select “Submit”
Once Disability Services has received your Modify Accommodation Request Form and all necessary documentation, it may take up to ten (10) business days to review, process, and implement any approved accommodations.
