New students are served by the Advising Center.
At the completion of nine (9) credit hours, students are assigned to a full-time faculty advisor within their program of study.
Transfer students are assigned a full-time faculty advisor in their first semester.
Current students may locate and schedule an appointment with their advisor by logging into Aviso.
The academic advising centers are located in the Braswell Building, Room 2405 on the Old Charlotte Highway Campus and in the Garibaldi Building, Room 264 on the L. L. Polk Campus.
Academic Advising services can be conducted via phone, email, virtual appointment, or walk-in. Walk-in services are primarily at our Monroe location with one to two students at a time.
