South Piedmont Foundation’s Clay Shoot Classic Raises 34 Percent More than Previous Year

The South Piedmont Community College Foundation hosted its 5th Annual Clay Shoot Classic on Oct. 27 at the Four Branches Sporting Preserve in Polkton. The event raised more than $51,000 to benefit South Piedmont students.

“The net proceeds raised from this year’s Clay Shoot Classic are 34 percent higher than what was raised at the same event in 2022 – outstanding! We extend our most heartfelt gratitude to all who supported and participated in this event. Your generosity will truly make a life-changing difference for our students. We thank you.” said South Piedmont Foundation Executive Director Maureen Little.

Net proceeds from this event were $51,847.18.

Twenty-one teams competed in the Clay Shoot Classic. The top three winners were:

1st place, Pinnacle Financial Partners

2nd place, The Moser Group

3rd place, Circle S Ranch
