Program Description


Yoga- All Levels:

Learn & practice yoga in a weekly 60 minute class.  The class will begin with centering followed with warm up  movements, standing & floor postures, ending with relaxation for several minutes.  This class will focus on proper alignment & safety in performing the postures. This class can be taken repeatedly to deepen your knowledge of yoga techniques.

Location: Old Charlotte Highway, Monroe


Zumba Fitness:

This class combines Latin & pop based dance moves with low to high impact aerobics. In one hour you will tone, stretch, & sweat to a wide variety of popular & classic genres of music. This class can be taken by all age levels as there are modifications for every level. No dance experience necessary. Come and have fun while getting fit.

Senior Fitness:

Maintaining good health gets harder as you get older. Join our Senior Fitness class to help you accomplish your goals or just to maintain a basic level of good physical health with like-minded people. This class features low impact stretching, toning, & aerobic activity. This class is designed for 55+.  Accommodations are made for all levels.

Location: Lockhart Taylor Center, Wadesboro
