Course Description
INS 3121: Life and Health Insurance. This course is designed for instructional areas related to life insurance topics to meet the pre-licensing education requirements for insurance agents as prescribed by the North Carolina Department of Insurance – Agent Services Division. Topics include annuities, whole, term, and life insurance. The course’s intent is to prepare students to take the NC Department of Insurance – Life Insurance license exam.
INS 3129: Property and Casual Insurance. This course is designed for instructional areas related to property and casualty insurance topics to meet the pre-licensing education requirements for insurance agents as prescribed by the North Carolina Department of Insurance – Agent Services Division. Course topics include terms & concepts, North Carolina Insurance Law, and multiple areas within P&C. The course intent is to prepare students to take and pass the NC Department of Insurance – Property and Casualty Insurance license exams.
