All new SPCC students must complete an application for admission.

Complete the Residency Determination System.

Beginning October 23, 2017, all students must complete the Residency Determination System and obtain a Residency Certification Number (RCN) prior to completing an application for admission.

Complete the SPCC Application for Admission.

  • If you already have an account with CFNC, use your login information to fill out SPCC’s application. If you do not have an account with CFNC, you may create one prior to filling out the application. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may use our library to complete this part of the process or visit your local public library.
  • If you do not remember your CFNC login, contact CFNC to retrieve your login information.
  • If you are a non-degree seeking student (visiting), please make sure you select Special Credit as your program of study. As a special credit student, you are not eligible for federal financial aid nor graduation from a program of study.

Returning students that submitted an application or attended your last class over one year ago must submit a new application for admission.

  • Previously submitted admission documents (test scores, transcripts, etc.) may be on file. You will be contacted within 72 business hours of your application being submitted to inform you of any additional items that need to be completed for your enrollment at SPCC.
