Gift of Securities
Gifts of appreciated stocks, bonds or other securities allow you to make substantial gifts to SPCC at a minimal cost. You will receive a tax deduction based on the value of the security on the date of the gift and will avoid paying no capital gains tax on the appreciation.

Gifts of Real and Personal Property
Gifts of real estate and other personal property are an excellent way to support SPCC and its students while lowering your tax liability at the same time. The South Piedmont Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization established in 1999 to generate private financial support to further the mission of South Piedmont Community College.  Your gift to SPCC Foundation is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.  You will receive a gift acknowledgment letter soon after your gift is received.
