SPCC Career Services will soon launch a great new resource.  Our brand new career services platform, Career Services Central, is a robust software program powered by College Central Network providing a single location for student career development workforce readiness.

Here are just some of the great features you can expect from Career Services Central!

  • Access to professional career guidance articles, podcasts and videos
  • Develop and tailor a professional cover letter, résumé and career portfolio
  • Employers can post their open vacancies and recruit student candidates
  • Students/alumni can apply directly to open job opportunities posted in the system

Workforce Readiness for the Community
Community members without student accounts can also connect with SPCC for services when they experience a layoff and/or longer term unemployment or underemployment. Visit our Workforce Readiness link to learn more about the free services and short-term training covering career planning and assessment, job search skills development and other specific workforce preparation.

NC Works Online
Visit NC Works Online a public, one-stop online resource for job seekers and employers in North Carolina.  Job seekers can search for jobs, create résumés, and find education and training. Employers can find candidates, post jobs, and search labor market information.
