Our Financial Aid staff will help you determine if you qualify for assistance or steer you toward scholarships that might be available.
If you need to brush up a little on your academic skills, we’ll help you get up to speed to tackle college-level work.
If you are a current student, you should know that our focus is on your achievement. South Piedmont’s goal is to become the finest community college in North Carolina; we cannot accomplish that unless you achieve your goal. And the goals of our students vary widely, from earning a GED or an Adult High School diploma to completing Continuing Education courses for career enhancement to earning a diploma, certificate or associate degree. We really want you to be successful.
We are a comprehensive community college, one of 58 in the North Carolina system. We are affordable. We are convenient, with locations in Monroe, Polkton and Wadesboro. And we care about our students and the communities we serve.
